Nashua Rugby Skills Project, powered by ShadowBall, is a sponsorship designed to perfectly mix talent and sport. The project enables young South Africans to develop critical skills through Sports development. Schools are given the opportunity to undertake a fully-fledged rugby training programme, with equipment and mentorship from sporting professionals. This empowers young people through a holistic development process, building future generations of world-class sporting heroes.

The Currie Cup
Nashua is delighted once again to be the proud partner to the 2017 Currie Cup, after an exciting three year sponsorship agreement with SA Rugby last year. This powerful partnership continues to showcase Nashua’s long-standing history of support for local sport and takes Nashua to the next level – synonymous with SA’s most loved and iconic rugby tournament.

Cape Town Cycle Tour
Nashua is proud to be the office solutions partner for the 2017 Cape Town Cycle Tour. We continued to bring efficiency to the registration process, to add our value to this momentous event.
iSimangaliso MTB 4 Day
Nashua (Pty) Ltd recently sponsored and participated in the one-of-a-kind iSimangaliso MTB 4 Day. Participating Nashua employees joined teams from across Southern Africa and abroad at the iSimangaliso Wetland Park World Heritage Site. From the saddle of their bicycles, participants experienced the coastal wilderness and rich wildlife of the wetland park and raised more than R250 000 – funds which will assist with monitoring, protecting and reintroducing game species.
ETR performance Yamaha is now sponsored by Nashua (Pty) Ltd. With the likes of Mathew Scholtz, Brandon Goode and Jesse Boshoff – all new to the ETR Yamaha team – it has been a truly thrilling season. The entire team, from drivers to engineers, has put in a lot of work toward achieving success. They make Nashua proud at events such as SuperGP at the Phakisa GP circuit and the Zwartzkop race events.
Nashua (Pty) Ltd is sponsoring Formula VEE driver, Bradley Beningfield. Beningfield started racing go karts when he was just 14 years old. After forming part of endurance team F400, he went solo by driving single seaters and was awarded rookie of the year 2013. Beningfield’s 2015 goals are to achieve a top 5 finish in the national championship, take a national race win and ultimately make Nashua proud.
Nashua (Pty) Ltd sponsors Andrew Blackwood-Murray, a captain at South African Airways on Boeing 737, ex Impala pilot from the South African Air force and an aerobatic pilot. His Czechoslovakian Zlin 50L, a fully aerobatic aircraft, is capable of sustaining about 9g’S and weighs 570kg. Blackwood-Murray is sponsored by Nashua to fly at various Nashua events country wide, exposing his brilliant aerobatic stunts to large audiences.
Nashua (Pty) Ltd is a proud new sponsor of The Color Run – the happiest 5km on the planet, celebrating health, happiness and individuality through colour. At the event, runners are showered by electric blue powder from Nashua’s giant inflatable printer, and can take pictures at the Nashua Blue Couch photo booth. The races are hosted in cities and towns across South Africa.
The Art of Fast Bowling is an initiative which seeks to identify bowling talent in schools across the northern regions of South Africa – particularly focusing on Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Tshwane and Gauteng East. Youngsters showing exceptional talent stand the chance to receive expert training and guidance for a head start toward a promising sporting career, in the hope of one day playing for the Titans – or even the national team.
We are the proud sponsors of the Nashua skydiving team – a five member team that participates in competitive tournaments and performs thrilling demonstration jumps at sporting events. With every event, they continue to improve their display and excite audiences. Our continued support of the Nashua skydiving team has allowed them to increase the amount of time they spend training, and ultimately enhanced their competitiveness and proficiency.
