Cape Cobras team sponsorship announcement

| 11 September 2014

Nashua (Pty) Limited will take over the principal team sponsorship of the leading force in South African domestic cricket, the Cape Cobras, for the 2014/2015-season.

The Cape Cobras, a domestic powerhouse who have won seven titles in the past four seasons,  romped to the second successive Sunfoil Series title in 2013/2014-season, shared the Momentum One Day Cup title in a repeat of their success of 2012/2013 and also qualified for the Champions League Twenty20 event to be held this month.

Commenting on the announcement, André Odendaal, CEO of Western Cape Cricket (Pty) Ltd, said: “I am thrilled that Nashua (Pty) Limited will be on board. They are leading providers of both managed document services and office automation printing solutions in Southern Africa. As a force in South African cricket and a nursery for South African stars, we are glad to associate ourselves with a prominent industry leader. It is a perfect fit.

“We trust that this association will result in the Cape Cobras maintaining their recent momentum and pursuing even more silverware.”
