Crawford Prep School treats NCCF beneficiaries to “Hairspray” opening night

| 13 August 2013

Thanks to the generosity of Crawford Prep School, more than 200 children from Thuthuzela, St Mary’s Home, Epworth Children’s Village, Thuthukani Centre, and Villa of Hope attended the opening night of the musical Hairspray as guests of the school. Not only did they arrange the transport for Thuthukani, but treated all the children and care-givers to a welcome hotdog and juice, followed by chips, biscuits, and sweets at interval.

The children thoroughly enjoyed the performance and all the treats. We packed all the remaining snacks in boxes for Thuthukani to take to the more than 150 children who could not attend because of limited seating.

We would like to thank Crawford Prep School for a special evening with very caring people.
