More than 100 children welcomed us to LERATO EDUCATION CENTRE, with song, dance and huge smiles. They proudly showed off their new library and computer room.

At VILLA OF HOPE the number of children in their care has increased to 64 and we were proudly informed that they have two matriculates this year, with one wanting to attend beauty school and the other would like to return to Villa and become a house parent.

MC KHARBAI SCHOOL is always a joy to visit and this time some of the senior pupils tried to teach us sign language. They’ve asked us to assist with their Deaf Awareness Fun Day.

THATO KE MATLA is bursting at the seams with 40 children crowded into this small safe house. Disebo is desperately short of funds to provide for all the mouths she has to feed, and can’t afford the transport costs to collect the groceries that we purchase for the home.

THE CRADLE OF HOPE is always a busy home with happy children rushing around the grounds and enjoying the playground equipment. They’ve added to their caring in the local community by opening a crèche which feeds 55 children.

BABY MOSES SANCTUARY remains a delight to visit, and we were pleased to see that all the repair work done by the NCCF appointed builder is still in very good condition.

COACH closed one of their houses and moved all the children in together in one home to save on costs. They also boast with two matriculates, one who has applied for nursing college and the other who is keen to study psychology.
