Office and Prodoc have signed a strategic partnership for continued growth. The agreement allows for the Nationwide Office chain to offer the market Prodoc’s products and services within information, communication and efficient meetings. Both Prodoc and Office consider the partnership a natural part of strengthening their positions in the Swedish market.

Office is one the largest suppliers in Sweden within the Document Management business. They have 300 employees and over the years they have evolved from a pure document operator to a full service provider of IT services.
“The playing field and the conditions change, therefore we have chosen to work with Prodoc. They offer the service-based solutions that the market demands”, says Per Glavå, CEO of Office.
The decision to go with Prodoc was based on many factors.
“First, we were looking for a player with the same entrepreneurial profile as ourselves, and second we were looking for a partner with a fast moving organisation in growth. Our goal is to continue to grow in all our business areas. There, Prodoc will be an important partner with their services and solutions”, says Glavå.
Prodoc, on the other hand, will gain great opportunities in cooperation with Office who can provide a very strong and nationwide channel. Together the partners will be able to provide effective solutions to a nationwide market with new requirements of effective services, products and integrated solutions in document management and effective meetings.
“Office has a strong and well-known brand with a nationwide channel. They will be an important part of Prodoc’s continued growth with a focus on increased sales of services. Office will take a key role for us, to reach the local presence around Sweden”, says Arvidsson.
The new strategic partnership will help Prodoc continue their growth journey. In 2010 Prodoc had a revenue of €16 million, and 2013 the turnover increased to €35 million. Prodoc is one of the top five players in the Swedish market for document and information management.
Since January 2014 Prodoc partnered with the South African company Nashua Holdings Limited. Nashua gives Prodoc great support on their journey to expand in Sweden.
Both Prodoc and the new owner Nashua, are completely self-contained, unlike most of their competitors in the Swedish market, which are owned and controlled by the major manufacturers.
