Enabling Breyntenbach Mavuso to work at maximum capacity

Breytenbach Mavuso, as one of the oldest law firms in the Free State and a major legal services business in Bethlehem, needed effective workspace solutions to meet the demands of its clients on a consistent basis.

Nashua began the partnership with Breytenbach Mavuso as an office printer provider, which allowed the firm to expand and gain enough clients to require production printing equipment capable of producing at least 70-80 pages per minute (ppm).

Nashua identified that the law firm’s directors often worked from home, outside of office hours. To ensure that they experience the same efficiency, Nashua set up a mini-office at home for each of the directors.

Each home office was equipped with a multifunction colour printer and additional uninterrupted internet access. As a result, the directors are now able to meet client demands, wherever they choose to work.

The initial partnership proved successful and Breyntenbach Mavuso initiated additional projects with Nashua. We provided surveillance to some of the directors’ home offices through CCTV camera installation. This allowed them to keep an eye on their homes remotely when they are in the office or travelling for work.

According to Mihan Bester, one of the directors at Breytenbach Mavuso: “I feel that Nashua fulfils our needs. Not only do we have photostat machines from Nashua, but they are also our internet provider.”

He further added, “Nashua also provides cost recovery systems and our telephones system”
