The client was struggling with their internet connection and land lines. The lines were constantly going up and down during business hours, which of course slowed down all internet operations and resulted in a loss of sales.
They needed steady, reliable, high-speed connectivity that was suitable for their business needs. So we resolved the unreliable landlines by providing the customer with a fibre link for voice and an LTE solution for redundancy and fail-over. We also upgraded the customer’s PBX system with an IP based system. The data problems were effectively resolved with a fibre link and as an interim solution, we installed a wireless fibre connection.
Along with the increased productivity of reliable data connectivity with stead-fast internet speeds, our clear and reliable voice lines with fail-over saved the customer a total of R3 850 per month. This fantastic saving was then utilised to purchase an additional vehicle for the business, which helped grow the business even further.
