Skills and experience required : •3-5 year’s working experience in sales/product marketing.
•Experience in consumables/supplies, pricing and promotions a must.
•Background in PC’s & Services advantageous.
•Ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with 3rd party vendors.
•Proficiency in Microsoft, advanced excel and Word is a must.
•Understanding of marketing and business concepts.
•Track record in commercial relationship building.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills at C -Level engagements.
•Project management skills.
•Strong organizational skills.
•Must be able to work under pressure.
•Must be a self-driven and motivated person.
•Must be a team player.

Minimum education requirements : •Matric plus relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree will be an advantage.
Duties and responsibilities : •Product Management
•Product Knowledge of Nashua’s annuity offering as well as those of the Franchises.
•Product sales tools to better manage and predict the sales demand and trends.
•Provide product training and support to franchises.
•Stock Management and the phasing in and out of products.
•Pricing management, negotiations and maintenance as well as competitor comparisons.
•Supplier/Vendor management and relationship building
Product development and take to market plans as well as researching new products that will enhance the current product portfolio of annuity division.
•Key stakeholder communication and relationship building.
•Ongoing Product learning and development
•Weekly and monthly reporting
•Development and use of reporting tools i.e. BI
Purpose (of the role): The Annuity Product Specialist is responsible for the effective management of the assigned product portfolio as a business unit, working closely with the franchise consumables managers, sales, service/support, franchise holder and vendors.
