Skills & Requirements
- A+ and N+ minimum
- Server+, Security+ and MCSA beneficial
- Windows 7, 10 and 11 Experience
- Active directory and Office 365 Experience
- Able to work independentlyÂ
- Work well under pressure
- Efficient and well organised
- Good work ethic and attitude
- Uphold company ethics and values and act with integrity
- Must be able to prove a low sick leave track record
- Valid Driver’s License with own vehicle
- Willing and able to work after hours on weekends and remotely
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first line remote support
- Attend to 2nd line field support
- Configuration of new equipment and workstation setups
- Hardware and Software repairs and maintenance
- Office 365 Management and support
- Network Diagnostics (Wi-Fi, PoE Switches, VLAN, Fibre, etc…)
- Conduct and report on failure analyses
- Liaise with external IT service providers
- Provide support to IT administrator
- Resolve IT issues in a timeous, cost-effective manner
