Duties and responsibilities :The role of the Internal Trainer:
Plan, develop and implement staff training and development, establish measuring systems and manage and support external training providers to aid progress in staff development.
Maintain awareness and knowledge of the products and services carried by the company, including new products launched for contemporary ongoing training and support to the Sales Division.
Develop and implement effective induction training for new employed staff by the company, including registration, training and support for any programs administered for Sales development.
Manage and administer programs and initiates by the Sales departments for the customer relations, online training, product literature and sales activity with reporting to the General and all Sales Management on request. This may include, but not limited – iNForm,My-Ricoh, Nashua Pro-Act, Shared repository, Mobile Tools, Learning Management System (LMS), Nashua NPP Portal
Updates the ATR / WSP Workplace Skills Plan – part of training
Update the Sales Board
The role of Facilities Manager
Oversees building and grounds maintenance
Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly
Ensures the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures
Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical and facility design modifications
Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees
