Develop, implement and execute the company sales strategies
Ensure constant training and development of staff
Focus on improvement of customer relationships and after care service
Meet the sales budget, operational and financial targets set out for the financial year
Oversee and manage the full sales function
Oversee and manage the technical service and support function
Purpose (of the role): Manage our customer facing sales and technical service departments and ensure customer service excellence all round.
