3 years’ + experience in relevant CCTV, Access Control & Time and Attendance sales management role.
Relevant IP solution technical sales experience advantageous.
Good product knowledge (Hikvision, Virdi & IQTech).
System design and completion of scope of works.
Minimum education requirements :
Senior Certificate – Grade 12 (NQF 4).
Relevant operational and or communication related qualifications.
Relevant vendor sales certifications an advantage e.g. Hikvision, Virdi,
Marketing qualification advantageous.
Duties and responsibilities : The most frequent duties for this job are set out below, but the job may include other or occasional duties and responsibilities:
Performance manage sales executives.
Conduct sales training for sales representatives.
Visit existing clients to develop relationships and increase sales.
Manage all aspects of existing client relationships and ensure that service delivery at all times meets or exceeds client expectations.
Ensure that admin is always done according to company standard.
Responsible for day to day duties listed below:
Resolving customer issues
Achievement of set budgets by company
Pipelines and projections
Scheduling meetings with new and existing clients
Managing call reports from sales executives
Oversee installations and sort any issues arise from installations.
Purpose (of the role):
Managing sales representatives, monitoring of sales activity and sales functions.
In addition to this the successful candidate will assist the sales representatives with customer relations and growing the Nashua customer base and wallet share at customers.
Report back to management on sales forecasts and sales reports.
The successful candidate must:
Have excellent communication and inter-personal skills and be able to interact with clients, external and internal, build and maintain relationships and understand client needs and requirements.
Have strong sales skills and a good general knowledge of IT, CCTV and Access Control.
The appointed person will report directly to and work closely with the General Sales Manager.
