Job Responsibilities:
This description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continuous basis. It does not include other duties as assigned.
- The repair, maintenance and service of Nashua MFP’s and the desktop support associated with these products.
- Fully install MFP’s and train customers on new products.
- To follow the correct procedures when receiving and completing a service task using the applicable platforms.
- Take responsibility and accountability for all stock issued to you in your day-to-day job functions.
- Keep the Technical Manager informed on problem areas and maintain an awareness of the customer’s needs and requirements.
- Maintain Nashua’s service level requirements with regards to training and field performance.
- Must be open and willing to be cross trained over all technical lines of business to improve efficiencies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Excellent Technical background with a strong interest in IOT.
- Must be CompTIA A+ and N+ certified.
- Experience on Microsoft Suite of products.
- Completed iLearn / My-Ricoh development areas will be advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years on field experience.
- Knowledge and work experience on Nashua’s other lines of business will be advantageous.
- Proven track record with references.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to work within the framework of deadlines and be able to complete tasks within the time constraints.
- Well dressed and presentable.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Must be customer focused, meet with deadlines and work under pressure.
